What the heck is this, anyway?

Crying Behind Sunglasses is a mental health podcast for the rest of us. If you’re tired of people telling you millions of tips about self-help while also sounding woefully out of touch, then this podcast is for you. We get in the shit, we’re all in this shit together, let’s turn this shit into gold.

Join Keila Dolle as she interviews entertainers, mental health professionals, and people from all walks of life. This podcast dives deep into these topics, erasing the stigma around mental illness and is guaranteed to make you laugh. At least on the inside.

Before Crying Behind Sunglasses, Keila was the third mic on Kings Of Influence with Ray William Johnson and Epic Lloyd. She caught the podcast bug, and knew she had to start her own show. Keila’s experiences with anxiety and panic disorder, as well as growing up with a brother who has autism, led to a lifelong passion for psychology and mental health. She volunteers as a crisis counselor for Peace Over Violence, a non-profit that helps survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault.

Keila lives in LA with her scruffy dog Coconut. Her main interests outside of being an overachiever are: wine, chocolate, feminism, and weighted blankets.
